6 OCTOBER 2001 - KETI GARBI CONCERT

Held at the amazing venue at Caesars Gauteng Casino, Greek Singing Goddess Keti Garbi together with her singer husband Dionisis Schinas Rocked a crowed of roughly two thousand, five hundred people (2 500) under one roof. The Show Began at 10pm and continued into the early hours of Sunday Morning. An excellent selection of musical entertainment was produced with two other Greek Talents opening the show with some pretty great voices (their names were not mentioned) as well as the amazing couple that has Greeks world wide wowing at their talent.

Undoubtedly the star of the show was of course Keti Garbi. As soon as she appeared on stage, crowds went flocking from all over the venue to the very front of the dance floor to be as close to Garbi as possible, while the rest stood in amazement watching the show and clicking their cameras. What I really liked about this singer, was that she chased the bouncers away( when fans came begging for Pics while she was on stage) in stead of those 'drama queen performer's that prefer to just sing and get it over and done with and not interact with their fans! A real 'entertainer' to say the least.

The only down fall of the concert was that it could definitely have been better organised, the show started and hour and a half after scheduled which really irritated some guest, But all in all a great show,, we give it a EO score of 8.5
